📋 Description

• You take end-to-end responsibility for complex Azure cloud architectures for our clients, including high-level design, defining cloud governance frameworks (cost, security, compliance), and integration with existing on-premises and multi-cloud environments. • You lead technical streams in cloud transformation projects, ensure adherence to best practices (FinOps, SecOps, DevOps), and act as a technical mentor for junior consultants. • You advise decision-makers at our clients' C-level on Azure cloud roadmaps, operating models, and cloud investment planning. • You drive the implementation of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep) and automated deployment pipelines in enterprise environments. • You translate highly complex business requirements into scalable technical solution designs and are responsible for coordinating the technical implementation.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of demonstrable professional experience in a consulting, lead engineer, or architect role, ideally in a services/enterprise environment. • Excellent, hands-on experience across a broad range of Azure services (e.g., Azure Networking, Security Center, Entra ID, Azure DevOps, AKS, Azure Functions). • Solid knowledge of cloud governance, IT security, Identity & Access Management (IAM/Zero Trust), and FinOps principles. • An active Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) certification or comparable certification is required. • Business-fluent communication and presentation skills in German and English, with proven ability to distill technical concepts for C-level audiences and influence strategic decisions. • Strong analytical ability to quickly grasp complex challenges, combined with a hands-on approach to implementation. • You are results-oriented and enjoy collaborating with our diverse team of passionate experts.
