📋 Description

• Holistic guidance & consulting: As a trusted technical advisor, you will support our clients from the initial strategic ideation (PoC) to the successful production rollout of their AI use cases. • Shaping forward-looking AI solutions: You will be responsible for designing and conceptualizing modern machine learning solutions to solve our clients' complex business challenges sustainably. • Building intelligent GenAI structures: You will advise on innovative generative AI solutions and RAG architectures and support the implementation of modern agentic tools directly with the client. • Orchestration of modern cloud AI services: You will confidently use and integrate AI services from leading hyperscalers such as Google Vertex AI and Azure AI Foundry to fully leverage technological potential. • Bridging to production (MLOps): You will not only develop ML models but also ensure their smooth integration into real production systems through professional consulting and engineering. • Driver of technological trends: You keep an eye on the AI market, evaluate new technologies with curiosity, and actively contribute to the development of our "Data & AI Area" with your initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid consulting experience: You have several years of experience in IT project work where you worked intensively with machine learning, AI, and modern data processing. • Strong communication skills: You enjoy explaining complex AI concepts clearly and confidently guiding our clients in their strategic decisions. • Confidence in cloud environments: You are comfortable working with at least one of the three major hyperscalers (AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure) and know how to exploit their capabilities. • Proficiency in Python & frameworks: You are fluent in Python and bring practical experience with common ML/AI frameworks to our client projects. • Experience with AI ecosystems: You have actively worked with platforms such as Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, or Azure AI Foundry and implemented solutions on them. • Enthusiasm for GenAI: You bring hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering and have already implemented initial agentic workflows (e.g., using LangChain or LlamaIndex). • Holistic architectural understanding: You understand the fundamentals of API development and cloud architectures to integrate AI models seamlessly and stably into existing client systems. • Data engineering fundamentals: Ideally, you have a solid foundation in SQL or modern data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake) to independently drive data preparation for your models. • Role-specific certifications: You have completed certifications in machine learning/AI for Google and Azure or are willing to obtain them with our support. Ideally, you have knowledge of AWS Bedrock. • Team player with drive: You demonstrate result orientation and enjoy collaborating with our diverse team of experts.
