• Strategic account planning & new customer acquisition: You identify and qualify strategic enterprise accounts in the DACH region and develop innovative go-to-market strategies for acquiring new customers within the Google ecosystem. • High-end deal closure: You are responsible for the entire sales cycle, manage complex RFPs, and negotiate contracts at the C-level with the aim of successfully closing professional services deals. • Trusted advisor: You maintain and develop long-term, strategic relationships with key accounts, understand their digital agenda, and position PCG as the leading partner for cloud transformations. • Ecosystem management & partnerships: You deepen strategic collaboration with Google and relevant channel partners to generate joint leads and optimize your market presence (including presence at relevant events and summits). • Deal enablement: You orchestrate the sales journey by working closely with delivery teams to pitch technically sound, customer-specific solutions and by thinking beyond conventional approaches. • Performance & reporting: You use our CRM system (HubSpot) strategically for pipeline management, create accurate forecasts, and report your sales results directly to management.
• Proven hunter DNA & track record: Several years of professional experience and demonstrable success in enterprise solution sales (IT/Cloud Professional Services), with a clear focus on new customer acquisition. Proven deal experience above €300K is an advantage. • Strategic C-level engagement & stakeholder management: Ability to act as a convincing sparring partner and trusted advisor at C-level, present complex strategies, and ensure stakeholder management. • Ecosystem expertise & partner push: Solid experience in managing the partner ecosystem (especially Google) and actively pushing vendor and partner leads to achieve joint goals. • Independent drive & vision: High self-motivation, strong determination, and reliability, combined with innovative thinking to tap into new market potential. • Google Workspace & Cloud mastery: Deep understanding of the transformative impact of Google Workspace and Google Cloud. • Sales & pipeline excellence: Proficient use of CRM systems (ideally HubSpot) for transparent management of the entire sales cycle and creation of accurate forecasts. • Communication & language: Excellent negotiation and communication skills in German and English. • Team spirit and drive: You demonstrate result orientation and enjoy collaborating with our diverse team.
