• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification • Early professional experience (1–3 years), ideally in IT sales, Business Development or a client-facing role • Basic understanding of the SAP product landscape (e.g., ERP, S/4HANA, BTP, cloud solutions) • Strong communication skills: clear and persuasive expression in both written and spoken form • Sales talent and a "hunter" mentality: proactive willingness to acquire customers (cold calling, lead generation) • Structured working style: careful pipeline management and documentation in the CRM system • Quick comprehension: ability to understand complex IT topics quickly and explain them simply • Business-fluent German and good English skills
