📋 Description

• You take technical responsibility in modernization and cloud projects within the team — working closely with our architects and product owners. • You ensure architecture decisions are implemented correctly and evolve solutions when requirements or constraints change. • You pay attention to code quality, testability and structure — keeping the project technically on track while staying connected to practical needs. • You actively contribute to development — from refactorings and new features to integrations and cloud components. • You support your team through code reviews, pair programming and technical sparring, and contribute to topics like CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code. • In the context of modernization projects, you also support data migrations — from planning through technical implementation to validation. • Whether moving from SQL to NoSQL (or vice versa): you understand that this also changes application requirements and you plan these adjustments in a structured way. • You bring solid experience in PHP/Symfony and at least one other modern backend stack — e.g. Node.js/Next.js, .NET or Spring Boot (Java/Kotlin) — and can get up to speed with additional technologies as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Senior Software Developer or technical project lead with an active development background. • Solid knowledge of at least two modern backend stacks (e.g. PHP/Symfony, Node.js/Next.js, .NET or Spring Boot). • Confident experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure or GCP), CI/CD (e.g. GitHub Actions) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform). • Experience in the technical direction of project teams with a focus on code quality, delivery and collaboration. • Understanding of software architectures and modernization patterns. • Routine in handling data migrations and an interest in evolving existing systems. • Enjoy direct communication with customers and interdisciplinary teams. • German at a minimum C1 level for confident communication in day-to-day project work.
