📋 Description

• You develop modern mobile applications with Flutter — from architecture and new features to integrating new APIs. • You ensure clean, testable and high-performance code that integrates into existing systems. • You actively contribute to the advancement of our app projects — from UX ideas through to technical implementation. • You understand the entire lifecycle of mobile apps — from development through build and release processes to publishing in app stores. • You work with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Codemagic) and learn how to automate deployments and streamline releases. • You focus on stability, performance and maintainability — also after go-live. • You collaborate closely with designers, backend developers and QA to create well-considered and reliable solutions. • You actively participate in code reviews and share your knowledge with the team. • You propose your own ideas when better approaches arise — with an emphasis on quality, maintainability and user experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience developing with Flutter and a solid understanding of architecture, state management and best practices in app development. • Understanding of the mobile application lifecycle, app store processes and CI/CD setups (e.g., Codemagic) — or motivation to learn these areas. • Strong architectural understanding and enthusiasm for reusable, maintainable solutions. • Experience collaborating with QA, design and backend teams. • Interest in modern UI concepts and in further developing your skills — whether in Flutter, other mobile frameworks or web frontends. • German at a minimum C1 level for confident communication in day-to-day project work.
