📋 Description

• Support the creation of ad creatives for Amazon PPC and performance advertising • Support the creation of product images and A+ Content • Support brand and e-commerce visual development • Contribute to the development of creative concepts, storylines, and moodboards • Implement and optimize designs according to the internal “Designed to Sell” framework • Conduct visual research and trend scouting with a focus on conversion • Create designs that are ready for handoff to senior review • Work closely with the performance team and founders

🎯 Requirements

• Initial hands-on experience in ad design • Experience with Figma • Proficiency in Photoshop or a comparable tool • Portfolio demonstrating a clear focus on e-commerce and performance • Conceptual thinking—not just visual execution • Ability to accept feedback and implement it quickly • Structured and reliable working style, with no ego • Eagerness to learn and develop professionally • Complete application with portfolio; CV optional
