📋 Description

• Responsible for the quality control and review of all DWC deliverables including: Annual compliance reporting, contribution calculations, non-discrimination testing, and government reporting prepared by the compliance team. • Consulting projects including late deposits, missed deferral opportunities, VFCP, and VCP submissions. • Plan documents, restatements, and amendments • In addition to reviewing for completeness and accuracy of the technical aspects of client deliverables, reviewers are also ensuring: Explanations and details prepared for clients as part of these deliverables are written in a client-friendly and easy to understand manner • Opportunities for enhancement to plan design or future considerations for the plan sponsor are addressed within annual reporting • Reviewers should approach the review of consultant work as a training and development opportunity for team members. • It is critical that a reviewer: Provide detailed constructive feedback with each review to help ensure quality of team members’ work improves over time • Willingness and ability to work one on one with team members to offer technical support on projects • Hold team members to standards of the highest quality

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in retirement plan compliance, preferably within a TPA or consulting environment • Strong understanding of 401(k) plan operations, ERISA regulations, and IRS/DOL correction programs • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills • Excellent written communication with a focus on client-friendly language • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior team members • Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and continuous improvement.
