📋 Description
• Provide quality control examinations of complex and non-complex valuation reports • Complete USPAP Standard 3 and 4 Appraisal Reviews • Advise internal clients and vendors
🎯 Requirements
• Holding a valid license at least 3-5 years • High school diploma or equivalent • Certified Appraiser; Some college work or higher; Multi-state licensure • At least 5 years appraisal related experience • AMC or bank experience • Prior Knowledge Appraisal and appraisal review
