📋 Description

• Lead and support (CA-Endevor) SCMs to DBB/GIT/IDD migration projects. • Articulate a strategic vision for modernizing IBM's Git/DBB solution with clear business benefits • Architect DevOps pipeline using Git, IBM DBB for intelligent mainframe builds, and automated deployment • Assess current legacy SCM workflows and design a migration path to Git with IBM DBB • Perform installation, configuration, and problem determination for DBB/GIT/IDD on customer systems. • Analyze, convert, and validate Endevor applications. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting DBB/GIT/IDD-related issues. • Conduct customer training sessions and develop presentation materials for DBB/Git/IDD and migration processes. • Collaborate with IBM teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. • Document migration processes, best practices, and technical resolutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience • 8 + years as a Systems Programmer or other similar position • 4+ years of customer-facing consulting experience • Development, application lifecycle, or change management experience is a plus
