📋 Description

• You design and coordinate content marketing and digital PR campaigns from kickoff to completion – including quality assurance. • You are the operational point of contact for clients and support client calls, status updates and coordination. • You work closely with other Content Marketing Managers, designers and developers and manage tasks, timelines and deliverables within your projects. • You implement campaign-specific content and outreach/seeding strategies and iteratively develop them further. • You build and maintain relationships with bloggers, industry experts and journalists. • You create monitoring, analyses and reports on content performance and derive concrete optimization measures. • You keep track of trends and topics and contribute new ideas to campaigns, processes and formats.

🎯 Requirements

• You have already gained 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in content marketing and/or digital PR with an SEO focus (agency experience is a plus but not required). • You have experience implementing campaigns – from planning through production/coordination to evaluation. • You are comfortable collaborating across multiple disciplines (content marketing/design/dev) and can prioritize tasks in a structured way. • You enjoy outreach, seeding and relationship-building and can communicate in an audience-targeted manner. • You work in a data-driven way and are familiar with common tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console; tools like Sistrix, SEMrush, Ahrefs or Majestic are at least partially familiar to you. • You have very good MS Office skills (especially Excel); initial exposure to HTML is helpful. • You use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT/Perplexity) pragmatically and with a focus on quality. • In addition, you possess excellent German language skills (C2 or native level) as well as fluent English skills.
