📋 Description

• Conduct daily outbound cold and warm calls to care homes, agency managers, and UK-based care providers • Locate and engage decision-makers responsible for business development, marketing, and agency operations • Qualify prospects, identify staffing or client-acquisition needs, handle objections, and close sales over the phone • Educate UK clients on platform services and convert qualified prospects into active subscribers • Track outreach, follow-ups, lead statuses, and conversion metrics accurately within the CRM • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs, including outbound calls, decision-maker connections, conversions, and generated revenue

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of proven success in B2B telesales, outbound telemarketing, or business development • Strong track record of overcoming objections, negotiating, and closing deals over the phone • Native-level spoken and written English with a professional tone capable of building instant rapport with UK business leaders • Ability to work full-time hours aligned with UK business hours from South Africa • High-performance laptop/desktop capable of running multi-application VOIP software • Fiber internet connection with strong stability, low latency, and secondary power/data backup solutions • Dedicated, quiet home office setup paired with a noise-canceling headset • Prior experience selling into the UK healthcare, social care, or recruitment sectors (desired, not required) • Hands-on experience using modern VOIP platforms and sales CRMs (desired, not required) • Familiarity with direct-response objection handling and consultative selling techniques (desired, not required)
