📋 Description

• Handle a pipeline of warm customer enquiries • Qualify prospects and establish their cleaning requirements • Explain available cleaning services clearly and confidently • Progress enquiries towards completed bookings • Contact customers again where further follow-up is required • Update and maintain customer records within the CRM • Keep sales opportunities organised and moving through the pipeline • Develop positive and professional customer relationships • Review sales performance and activity levels • Take ownership of achieving agreed sales targets • Work a rotating weekend schedule

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in sales, telesales or business development • Professional and confident English communication skills • Comfortable managing your own workload with limited supervision • Strong customer service, interpersonal and problem-solving abilities • Able to remain composed and motivated when dealing with objections or rejection • Proven ability to sell over the telephone and work towards measurable targets • Competent using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook • Familiarity with CRM software and digital lead management • Strong ability to negotiate and resolve customer queries • Own reliable laptop or desktop computer • Stable Wi-Fi / Internet connection • Availability for a rotating weekend schedule, including Saturday–Tuesday and Wednesday–Sunday patterns
