📋 Description

• Own the company’s marketing engine as it transitions from an external agency model to in-house operations. • Execute technical, on-page, and off-page SEO; conduct competitor intelligence, keyword discovery, content optimization, and landing-page optimization. • Manage and scale paid acquisition across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and retargeting channels with budget accountability. • A/B test ad creative, copy angles, and audience segments; track CPA, ROAS, lead-to-opportunity velocity, and CPQL. • Lead technical QA and content auditing for the upcoming website release, ensuring UX, mobile responsiveness, and conversion architecture. • Manage web updates, landing-page builds, speed optimization, CMS administration, hosting, domain, and DNS transitions. • Implement and optimize automated lead workflows, qualification triggers, and multi-touch nurture sequences in Odoo CRM. • Improve marketing-to-sales handoff, pipeline conversion, data hygiene, tracking, and customer journey attribution. • Design seasonal promotional roadmaps, campaign calendars, and multichannel launch strategies. • Produce copy and creative assets for social media, email campaigns, and digital ad funnels. • Coordinate design and print production for trade expos and retail promotions, including gazebos, flags, banners, brochures, and vehicle spec sheets. • Maintain brand consistency across digital and large-format physical materials and liaise with print and merchandise vendors. • Establish executive dashboards for traffic, rankings, pipeline volume, and marketing ROI. • Deliver weekly and monthly commercial performance reports with revenue-focused optimizations.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of demonstrable digital marketing experience, with a background operating in a Senior Strategist, Growth Marketer, or Digital Marketing Manager capacity. • Demonstrated track record of independently managing five-figure ad budgets across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager with verified ROI/ROAS impact. • Demonstrated technical and content SEO competence, evidenced by measurable gains in top-3 Google rankings for high-intent keywords. • Hands-on CMS and web management experience, including landing page optimization, UX reviews, and basic technical maintenance. • Strong experience with CRM architecture and automated email funnels, preferably with end-to-end lead attribution setups. • Native-level professional English fluency (written and verbal), with persuasive copywriting and copyediting abilities. • Demonstrated capability to operate autonomously during Australian business hours, setting priorities and delivering outcomes with minimal oversight. • Direct experience marketing to the Australian consumer landscape, particularly within automotive, off-road touring, caravan/camping, or high-value lifestyle manufacturing sectors — desired, not required. • Practical administrative experience with Odoo CRM or comparable ERP/CRM platforms — desired, not required. • Working understanding of DNS, domain routing, cPanel/server hosting, and website migration processes — desired, not required. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or advanced Canva skills for producing print-ready, bleed-compliant vector artwork — desired, not required. • Prior experience successfully insourcing marketing operations from an external agency to an agile in-house setup — desired, not required.
