📋 Description

• Coordinate the end-to-end production of marketing and creative projects • Manage marketing and design briefs, ensuring requirements, deadlines, and deliverables are clearly understood • Coordinate with internal teams, designers, copywriters, agencies, and other external suppliers • Manage project timelines, priorities, approvals, and production schedules • Assist with the development and delivery of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels • Coordinate the production of creative assets including digital, print, social media, email, web, presentations, and promotional materials • Review creative work and marketing materials for accuracy, consistency, quality, and brand alignment • Manage feedback and revisions between stakeholders and creative teams • Ensure final assets are delivered on time and meet agreed specifications • Maintain organised project files, documentation, briefs, and production schedules • Support the wider marketing team with administrative and coordination tasks as required • Identify potential production issues or delays and proactively communicate solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in a marketing coordination, creative production, design production, or similar role • NZ market experience is essential • Strong understanding of the New Zealand marketing and business environment • Experience coordinating creative or marketing projects from brief through to completion • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Able to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines • Comfortable working with designers, marketers, agencies, and other creative stakeholders • Good understanding of branding, marketing materials, and design production processes • Confident reviewing creative assets and providing or coordinating feedback • Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently while also being a strong team player • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace • Experience with project management, marketing, or design tools is advantageous
