• Administer the Sales Support function to ensure accurate customer fulfilment and operational needs. • Prepare quotes and revisions accurately to assist in securing sales. • Complete urgent quotes and revisions within requested timeframes. • Ensure customer contacts are logged in CRM. • Assist sales team by processing information in CRM. • Demonstrate understanding and commitment to company policy including health and safety practices. • Be part of the team to meet objectives and assist in other projects/tasks as required by the Manager.
• 3 years of Sales Support experience. • Experience in preparing complex and high-volume quotations with multiple line items in current or previous roles. • Experience in Customer Service via phone and email. • Excellent attention to detail. • Highly organised. • Able to manage multiple conflicting priorities without dropping the ball. • Good verbal and written communication skills. • Highly confident in usual administrative software (Outlook, Excel etc.). • Quick learner for other software and a basic understanding of ERP software.
