• Outbound prospecting to generate qualified leads. • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and explain products or services. • Qualify prospects and schedule follow-up meetings for sales executives. • Handle objections professionally and maintain positive engagement. • Meet or exceed daily and weekly KPIs for calls, emails, and appointments.
• 1–3 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales. • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Pipedrive, Freshsales, or SugarCRM. • Excellent communication, persuasion, and active listening skills. • Resilient, self-motivated, and able to handle rejection positively. • Strong time management and organizational skills. • Positive attitude, team-oriented, and coachable.
