• Support mortgage brokers by managing the end-to-end loan processing cycle • Liaise internally with Directors, Mortgage Brokers, and Broker Support Team • Manage and maintain Mercury CRM to keep pipelines accurate • Conduct initial credit pre-assessments and prepare credit proposals • Package and prepare mortgage applications for submission • Follow up with lenders, solicitors, and conveyancers to keep files on track toward settlement • Serve as a key point of contact for clients from pre-assessment to settlement • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lender policies, products, and industry regulations
• 4–5 years of experience in credit analysis within the AU Mortgage Broking Industry • Strong understanding of mortgage, asset finance, personal loan, and commercial loan products and application processes • Proven experience in end-to-end loan processing, packaging, and lender liaison • Proficiency in CRM systems and lender submission platforms • Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and time management • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and demonstrated problem-solving ability • Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple files simultaneously • Microsoft Outlook • Mercury CRM (Connective) • ApplyOnline (AOL) • Quickli • Microsoft Teams • Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking or equivalent (nice to have) • Previous experience in a mortgage broking firm or lending institution (nice to have) • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial services industry (nice to have)
