📋 Description

• Execute supply plans and purchasing activities based on approved demand forecasts and inventory parameters • Raise, maintain, and manage purchase orders throughout the order lifecycle • Coordinate with domestic and international suppliers and monitor production progress and delivery schedules • Track shipments from supplier dispatch through final receipt and coordinate with freight providers, customs agents, warehouses, and stakeholders • Monitor inventory levels, stock coverage, ageing, shortages, excess inventory, and expected availability dates • Support demand planning, forecast maintenance, S&OP preparation, scenario modelling, and identification of demand-supply gaps • Maintain ERP and planning system master data, purchase order information, inventory records, and shipment data • Develop operational dashboards, KPI reports, SOPs, and process improvement initiatives • Provide supply updates and communicate product availability, delivery timelines, and constraints to stakeholders • Partner with Sales, Warehouse, Finance, Operations, and Procurement teams • Support governance, workplace safety, traceability, documentation, audit readiness, confidentiality, and compliance

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in supply chain planning, purchasing, inventory planning, or supply operations • Strong supply chain planning knowledge across purchasing, inventory management, replenishment, logistics, and supplier coordination • Purchase order management and end-to-end order flow execution skills • Inventory planning and forecasting knowledge, including service levels, lead times, and supply continuity • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Supplier management and expediting skills • Understanding of S&OP processes and planning inputs • Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and process discipline • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in an offshore environment • Experience with international suppliers and offshore operations preferred • Experience in manufacturing, distribution, import/export, or multi-site supply environments advantageous • Relevant tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Operations, Commerce, Engineering, or related discipline preferred • APICS / CPIM / CSCP qualifications desirable • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency • Experience with ERP inventory, warehouse, and finance software • General computer capabilities • Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety, wellbeing, and company values
