📋 Description

• Lead team members by supporting lifting operations of equipment at heights over 250’. • Oversee lifting operations following skills verification of large components and ability to create, review, correct, and amend lifting plans. • Conduct safe and efficient repairs to all Wind Turbine electrical systems. • Perform Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) of equipment as an Authorized Person. • Conduct pre-task planning, Job Hazard Analysis (JHAs), and Risk Assessments (RAs), and daily safety discussions. • Interact with vendors and customers in a professional manner. • Properly document all work in a variety of electronic formats and provide feedback to the Safety and Quality department for business improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of direct product experience on Vestas, Acciona or Gamesa Platforms. • Direct turbine specific experience is required. • Ability to read and interpret schematics by various Wind Turbine manufacturers. • Main Component Exchange (MCE) experience required with additional knowledge in lifting operations. • Hold specific turbine manufacture certifications. • Detailed knowledge and skill in generators, converters, controllers, and electrical equipment. • Ability to recognize potential issues and major faults. • Must be proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English to safely perform job duties, interpret technical instructions, and communicate effectively with team members and customers.
