• Evaluate, inspect, diagnose and document internal and external composite damage • Photograph and assemble documentation as required • Perform coating and structural repairs of internal and external composite structures • Modify and repair fiberglass, carbon fiber, resin and other composite materials • Work with site leadership to execute all contractual obligations and activities • Perform Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) as required • Interpret engineering drawings and lamination schedules • Coordinate with the engineering support team for non-standard repairs
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with composite materials in any industry • Proven technical and team leadership skills • Supervised composite blade damage assessment • Lightening damage tip, carbon blade tip and multi-shell tip replacement • Experienced with internal and external adhesive bonding • Competent in repairing leading edge (LE) and trailing edge (TE) cracks • Understanding of mix ratios for all composite repair chemicals • Read and understand electrical schematic drawings
