• Support the buildout of Pearl’s internal learning content and onboarding modules. • Turn call summaries, process notes, and checklists into clear slides, one-pagers, or short walkthroughs. • Create training materials in Canva (slides, workbooks, quick-start guides). • Upload and organize lessons in LearnWorlds and the internal knowledge base. • Keep training docs up to date — swap screenshots, fix steps, and update wording when processes change. • Help standardize formatting for a consistent, professional feel. • Conduct light QA: flag unclear instructions or missing steps.
• Strong written English — you can explain steps clearly and simply. • Comfortable using Canva (basic layout, text, and visuals). • Organized and detail-oriented; you care about file names and version control. • Able to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. • Comfortable using online tools like Notion and Google Docs/Slides/Sheets. • Experience helping with onboarding docs, training decks, or internal manuals. (Nice-to-Have) • Familiarity with learning platforms or LMS (e.g., LearnWorlds, Teachable, Notion databases). (Nice-to-Have) • Interest in AI, recruiting, operations, or enablement. (Nice-to-Have)
