📋 Description
• Take ownership of operations and high-ambiguity executive projects to enable founder's focus on product and growth • Manage executive project execution, weekly supply chain coordination in Airtable, operating-system and SOP building • Conduct Monday analytics reporting to founder • Define problems independently and provide recommendations for improvement • Ensure supply operations run off the founder's plate within 90 days and projects are completed independently
🎯 Requirements
• 3–7 years of post-graduation experience in operations, strategy, or management consulting, currently IC-level or leading a team of 1–3 • Background from one of: ex-founder (company ran 12+ months); ex-management consulting analyst-to-associate (MBB or recognized regional equivalent); ex-Chief of Staff or BizOps lead at a sub-$50M startup; ex-startup function lead in operations, strategy, or growth at a VC-backed company • Moderate-to-advanced financial modeling in Excel (verifiable; not full DCF) • Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of at least one operational system, process, or function built from scratch with a named, quantifiable outcome • Hands-on experience with project management tools (ClickUp or Notion) and Airtable • C1+ English (CEFR); C2 strongly preferred • Minimum 4–6 hours/day overlap with AEST (UTC+10), Monday–Friday
