📋 Description

• Build and maintain full-stack web applications using TypeScript, Next.js, and React.js on the frontend. • Design and implement backend systems in Golang or another compiled language (e.g., Java, C#). • Support and optimize data pipelines in Python, contributing to performance and automation improvements. • Ensure robust, maintainable, and scalable architecture across all systems. • Participate in end-to-end product development: ideation, design, implementation, testing, and deployment. • Collaborate with product and data teams to translate insights into actionable product enhancements. • (Nice to have) Design and analyze A/B tests to inform product decisions. • Maintain high standards for code quality, testing, and documentation. • Conduct and participate in code reviews. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering best practices and tooling. • Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Data) to align on goals and technical solutions. • Communicate progress clearly and manage deadlines across stakeholders in a remote-first setup.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional full-stack development experience (1–2 years for junior variant) • Advanced proficiency in TypeScript, React.js, and Next.js (50% frontend) • Experience developing with Golang or another compiled language (e.g., Java, C#) (50% backend) • Hands-on experience with Python for automation or data processing • Experience managing deadlines and executing autonomously in a remote setup • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver polished, production-ready solutions • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across time zones. • (Preferred) Experience working at a tech startup or SaaS organization. • Familiarity with CI/CD, containerization, or cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, etc.) • Strong UX/UI sensibilities or experience collaborating closely with design teams. • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and product experimentation. • Interest in data science, analytics, or educational technology.
