• Strengthen the company’s SEO strategy by securing authoritative backlinks. • Support organic growth and search visibility through strategic outreach. • Build long-term relationships with publishers, editors, bloggers, and relevant content partners. • Help streamline and scale the backlink outreach process for long-term success. • **Areas of Responsibility:** • Identify high-authority websites and relevant publishers for backlink outreach. • Conduct targeted email outreach to secure backlinks, mentions, and guest posting opportunities. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with editors, bloggers, and media partners. • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling pitches and anchor text strategies. • Track backlink performance and report on SEO impact. • Stay up to date with SEO trends, best practices, and competitor backlink strategies. • Research backlinking professionals and agencies for potential partnership insights.
• 1–3 years of experience in SEO outreach, backlink acquisition, or digital PR. • Strong communication skills with the ability to write persuasive outreach emails. • Experience evaluating link quality using modern SEO tools. • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to overlap with ET hours. • **Must-Haves (Required)** • 1–3 years of experience in backlink outreach or SEO outreach • Familiarity with outreach tools (e.g., Ahrefs, BuzzStream, Hunter.io, etc.) • Strong written English and professional communication skills • Experience running targeted outreach campaigns • Ability to evaluate backlink quality and domain authority • **Nice-to-Haves (Preferred)** • Experience working with SEO agencies or backlinking services • Background in remote-first or global teams • Understanding of HR tech, recruiting, or talent marketplaces • - Who strongly shares our core values
