📋 Description

• Build and scale web scraper infrastructure • Use LLMs to structure unstructured payer policy text • Stand up CI/CD and reliability improvements across the data pipeline • Ensure that the data infrastructure runs reliably and accurately • Scale infrastructure without constant direction

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of backend software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in backend-focused (not generalist full-stack) roles • 3+ years of professional Python as a primary backend language • SQL proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server), including complex queries and schema design • Hands-on AWS experience (Azure or GCP transferable) deploying and managing production services, plus CI/CD pipeline ownership • Experience building and maintaining production data pipelines or ETL systems that ingest from inconsistent, messy, or unstructured external sources • Demonstrated end-to-end system or architecture ownership at an early-stage startup or small engineering team (2–15 engineers) • English at C1+ CEFR level for technical communication on video calls with the founder and engineering team
