📋 Description

• Transform raw travel proposals into polished, client-ready itineraries • Elevate all client-facing deliverables • Center role on itinerary formatting in Canva • Draft pre-arrival and trip-summary communications • Manage light backend logistics with hotels, guides, and in-destination partners • Achieve faster turnaround and consistently error-free client communications to scale without sacrificing quality

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Canva, including template-based design and multi-page layout — portfolio or sample work required • Demonstrated experience producing polished, error-free, client-facing documents or itineraries (formatting, layout, and grammar) • Hands-on experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) for document production and file organization • Experience using ClickUp or a comparable task management tool to track multiple parallel deliverables • Demonstrated ability to deliver completed work within tight turnaround windows (under 48 hours) • Experience drafting structured, client-ready written communications such as pre-arrival emails or trip summaries • C1+ English (CEFR) for client-facing written communication • Prior experience in luxury travel, hospitality, or events (Nice-to-Have) • Background in graphic design, layout, editorial, or visual production (Nice-to-Have) • Familiarity with itinerary planning or travel-industry software and workflows (Nice-to-Have) • Proficiency with additional design or content tools beyond Canva (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) (Nice-to-Have)
