📋 Description
• Monitor TikTok Shop account health daily, including violations, delistings, expirations, policy strikes, and low-stock alerts • Maintain clean listings and product data, partnering with Operations to ensure accuracy across all shops • Build dashboards, trackers, and automated alerts to give the team real-time visibility into shop performance • Run daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, covering GMV, CTR, CVR, creator performance, and content-level metrics • Analyze trends in creator activity, performance drops, and content quality to surface insights • Collaborate with the Strategy, Ops, and GMV Max teams to ensure data consistency and reporting accuracy
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years experience in e-commerce, reporting, or VA operations • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data, spreadsheets, and dashboards • Ability to identify anomalies and flag issues quickly • Experience with TikTok Shop, marketplaces, or social commerce • Exceptional attention to detail — zero tolerance for inaccuracies • High responsibility, reliability, and fast execution
