🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience scaling marketplace revenue on TikTok Shops and Amazon • Expertise in TikTok Shop's unique marketplace nuances, algorithms, and ad tools • Strong understanding of listing optimization, keyword research, and paid media management on Amazon and TikTok • Deep understanding of P&L drivers within e-commerce and marketplace ecosystems • Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage cross-functional projects • Experience with aggregators, brand rollups, or fast-scaling eCommerce brands (nice-to-have) • Familiarity with tools like Helium10, Jungle Scout, Perpetua, or similar (nice-to-have) • Walmart marketplace experience is a bonus (nice-to-have)
