• Lead the end-to-end delivery of automation solutions for high-priority HR needs. • Collaborate with stakeholders to uncover opportunities for improvement and innovation. • Create robust, scalable, and maintainable automations with clear documentation. • Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to peer reviews to maintain high quality standards. • Recommend and trial new approaches, tools, or features that could enhance delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience delivering automation solutions with UiPath and/or Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio). • Ability to design solutions that balance impact, maintainability, and ease of use. • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills. • Experience supporting colleagues through technical guidance or mentoring. • Exposure to ServiceNow HR Service Delivery or other HR systems. • Interest in AI-driven automation or conversational experiences. • Knowledge of HR operations and processes.
