📋 Description

• Lead a fullstack squad of engineers, owning the Speaking Tutor product end-to-end. • Own the technical strategy regarding conversation quality and feedback accuracy. • Ship with velocity and rigor while balancing experimentation with production stability. • Champion AI-powered engineering by using tools like Cursor and Claude Code yourself. • Partner with Product and Research to translate user research into decisions. • Grow your team by coaching engineers on craft and career.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering experience with hands-on fullstack or backend work in production systems. • 2+ years leading a cross-functional engineering team. • Experience delivering products that depend on AI/ML systems. • Daily user of AI development tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or Copilot. • Strong product instinct and comfort with ambiguity. • Fluent English - spoken and written.
