📋 Description

• Own and deliver Netherlands and Germany Clinical Assessment marketing plans aligned to annual revenue, pipeline, and growth objectives • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for priority products and solutions across digital platforms • Translate market priorities into campaign hypotheses, audience segmentation, channel mix, budget allocation, and KPIs • Partner with Netherlands and Germany sales teams to align campaigns with territory priorities, key accounts, and sales motions • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and performance data to inform strategy and optimize investment • Lead end-to-end execution of regional campaigns from brief development through launch and post-campaign analysis • Produce locally relevant campaign assets, sales enablement tools, thought leadership and clinical education content, and case studies • Use Wrike or similar tools to manage timelines, resources, and cross-functional collaboration • Collaborate with Creative Services, subject matter experts, and external partners on accurate, brand-aligned, culturally and linguistically appropriate assets • Coordinate localization and translation workflows across Dutch, German, and English deliverables • Serve as the primary marketing contact for Clinical Assessment in the Netherlands and Germany • Build cross-functional relationships with sales, product, and global marketing teams • Represent local customer and market perspectives in planning and execution • Track and communicate campaign performance, learnings, and recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant experience in marketing, preferably within healthcare, education, or regulated professional markets • Demonstrated success delivering integrated marketing campaigns tied to revenue, pipeline, and growth objectives • Fluency in Dutch and English, written and spoken, is required • Knowledge of German is a plus • Strong experience in digital marketing, campaign development, and content creation/localization • Proficiency with marketing analytics and CRM platforms • Experience with GA4, Tableau, and Salesforce preferred • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience • Must live in the Netherlands or Germany
