📋 Description

• Prepare, monitor, and manage company budgets and financial forecasts • Analyze budget variances and provide actionable insights and recommendations • Prepare periodic financial, management, and performance reports • Develop and maintain dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) • Analyze profitability by client, project, business unit, or other relevant dimensions • Support monthly closing processes and financial reconciliations • Monitor operational costs, expenses, and financial performance • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, controls, and reporting • Develop financial analyses to support business and strategic decisions • Partner with Finance, Operations, and Leadership teams on planning and performance management • Support preparation of financial information for internal and external audits • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of financial and management information • Contribute to automation and improvement of financial reporting and analysis processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Controlling, Management Control, or a similar role • Strong experience with budgeting, financial analysis, variance analysis, and management reporting • Experience developing dashboards and KPIs using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio • Experience working with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar platforms • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams • Intermediate or advanced English level is a plus • Analytical thinking • Results-oriented mindset • Strong attention to detail • Planning and organizational skills • Effective communication • Proactivity and ownership • Business acumen • Problem-solving and critical thinking
