📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Python • Build and integrate REST APIs and backend services • Develop scalable, reliable, and maintainable backend solutions • Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases • Collaborate with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams • Participate in technical discussions and contribute to solution design • Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve existing backend systems • Contribute to testing, documentation, code reviews, and development best practices • Take ownership of work and contribute to continuous product and engineering improvement • Join international projects with distributed engineering teams • Contribute to backend systems, applications, API development, integrations, cloud solutions, databases, automation, and scalable architectures depending on the project

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience in backend development with Python • Hands-on experience building and maintaining APIs and backend services • Experience with Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask • Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases • Familiarity with Git and modern software development practices • Strong problem-solving skills and technical curiosity • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment • Advanced English for communication with international teams • Nice to have: AWS, Azure, or GCP • Nice to have: Docker and/or Kubernetes • Nice to have: Microservices architectures • Nice to have: CI/CD • Nice to have: Serverless architectures • Nice to have: Infrastructure as Code • Nice to have: AI/LLM integrations • Nice to have: German language skills • Submit an updated CV and provide expected monthly compensation in USD, availability/notice period, and English level
