📋 Description

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and support Linux and Windows server environments • Monitor infrastructure health, availability, and performance • Investigate and resolve production incidents and infrastructure issues • Perform root cause analysis and help prevent recurring incidents • Automate infrastructure and operational tasks using scripting and automation tools • Participate in on-call and incident response activities when required • Collaborate with infrastructure, DevOps, development, and other technical teams • Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, Systems Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or similar roles • Strong hands-on Linux administration and troubleshooting experience • Intermediate to advanced experience with Windows Server environments • Experience supporting and troubleshooting production infrastructure • Scripting and automation skills using Bash, Python, and/or PowerShell • Experience with monitoring and observability tools • Understanding of networking and infrastructure concepts • Experience with incident management and root cause analysis • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Excellent English communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaborate with distributed technical teams • Experience with Infrastructure as Code and configuration management tools such as Terraform or Ansible • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS • Experience with Active Directory and Windows infrastructure administration • Previous experience in fintech, financial services, or highly available production environments
