📋 Description

• Design and implement AI/LLM-powered features across Peatix products, including personalized recommendations, content moderation, intelligent search, and automated support systems • Write production-quality code that integrates AI models and services, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance • Practice Eval-driven development for AI features, establishing evaluation frameworks and metrics (precision/recall, confusion matrices, A/B testing) to guide iterative improvements • Partner with Product Managers to identify opportunities where AI can solve user problems more effectively than traditional approaches • Lead the adoption of AI coding assistants and practices across the development team, establishing best practices and training materials • Create proofs-of-concepts and prototypes to validate AI solutions before full implementation • Monitor emerging AI technologies and assess their potential application to Peatix's challenges • Build internal tools and frameworks that make it easier for other teams to leverage AI capabilities • Collaborate with engineers to ensure smooth deployment and monitoring of AI features in production

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of software development experience with a focus on building production systems • Hands-on experience implementing AI/ML solutions, particularly with modern LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) • Strong programming skills and experience with AI/ML frameworks (LangChain, HuggingFace, OpenAI APIs, etc.) • Data analysis and statistical evaluation skills to assess model performance, conduct experiments, and interpret metrics for data-driven decision making • Proven ability to ship features from concept to production, including API development and integration • Understanding of ML fundamentals: model evaluation, A/B testing, bias detection, and performance metrics • Familiarity with AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) and enthusiasm for AI-assisted development • Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
