📋 Description

• Own Features End-to-End: Take a loosely defined problem and drive it from requirements through architecture, development, and delivery. • Drive AI Forward: Help identify where AI can improve care delivery and accelerate engineering workflows. • Build Across the Stack: Develop features across patient-facing apps and internal clinical tools. • Set Technical Direction: Own and improve engineering processes, code quality, testing strategy, API and database design. • Move Fast, Stay Secure: Ship high-velocity code while maintaining rigorous security and privacy standards. • Mentor and Raise the Bar: Elevate the team through code reviews, architectural guidance, and knowledge sharing.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in full-stack engineering • Strong proficiency in Next.js, TypeScript, and SQL • Experience developing both frontend and backend solutions • Experience with architectural judgment in complex projects • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to drive towards shipped outcomes • Experienced using AI tools to accelerate workflow • Strong desire to build meaningful products for children and families • Understanding of security and privacy standards in regulated industries (HealthTech, FinTech) • Ability to work in a collaborative, remote environment where communication is key.
