📋 Description

• Manage high volumes of inquiries within Intercom, providing clear, concise, and professional communication to users with an eye for process improvements • Review sign-up, login, and transaction fraud triggers, identifying and blocking fraudulent platform behavior • Conduct investigations to detect suspicious activity, including reviews of identity and payment verification sessions • Review user content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and our Terms of Service and maintain platform integrity • Process and manage global data deletion requests • Research and document complex chargeback disputes

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Trust & Safety, Risk Operations, or Customer Support. • Strong analytical skills, high emotional resilience, and the ability to adapt to evolving fraud trends. • Exceptional written communication skills with a focus on objectivity and clarity. • Passionate about helping to make the Internet a safer, more trustworthy place • Maintain a high degree of confidentiality • Energized by investigating issues • Have a sense of humor and enjoy working with others • Bonus points: Proficient in Google Sheets • Proficiency with Stripe and Intercom (or similar CRM/Payment platforms) • Prior experience using Forter, Sift, or other automated fraud detection tools. • Experience handling marketplace-specific disputes.
