📋 Description

• Partner with Account Directors and Customer Engineers to qualify Professional Services opportunities and distinguish transformation gaps from tooling gaps. • Lead scoping conversations with customer stakeholders, define the problem, validate appetite, design engagement structures, and author Statements of Work that are commercially sound and delivery-ready. • Design and build technical solutions that extend Pendo’s capabilities and integrate with customer systems. • Own multiple complex technical projects end-to-end, including data engineering and system integration work. • Advise customers on data architecture, integration patterns, and long-term technical strategy. • Build reusable code libraries and frameworks that scale across the Professional Services team. • Identify patterns across engagements and turn them into reusable playbooks and documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role within B2B SaaS, with hands-on experience writing custom code and building integrations. • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Node.js, with the ability to write production-quality backend code. • Deep experience with APIs, data pipelines, integration patterns, ETL processes, and data modeling. • SQL proficiency and strong data modeling expertise. • Experience working with REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures. • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data concepts into business value for both technical and business stakeholders. • Experience leading technical transformation initiatives and data infrastructure projects.
