📋 Description

• Support regional growth across targeted state markets • Act as a senior technical representative in-market • Help expand the company's presence and win new work • Support client relationships • Remain fully remote and closely integrated with internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering • P.E. a plus • Approximately 8+ years of professional experience (mid- to senior-level) • Hands-on experience including, but not limited to: Civil/site design, Grading, Civil 3D • Demonstrated technical credibility to support client-facing activities • A career path that reflects having “come up through the ranks” • Highly self-driven and self-starting • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment • Able to balance client relationships, technical execution (with internal support), and eventually business development activities
