📋 Description
• Manage New Accounts operations queue. • Provide support and resolution for inquiries from Financial Professionals and Field Offices • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve escalated issues • Maintain consistent communication with field partners via phone, email and in person
🎯 Requirements
• 3-5 years experience in a broker/dealer within operations • Expert knowledge of Pershing NetX Platforms • Bachelor's Degree Preferred or equivalent experience required • FINRA SIE and Series 99 required or obtained with 12 months of hire • Series 7, 24 license preferred
