📋 Description

• Learn about the product, the company, its vision, and its departments • Identify stakeholders and collaborate effectively with the team and various departments • Receive and qualify accounting-related requests • Respond promptly to customer requests, drawing on an in-depth understanding of accounting principles • Track requests through to the complete resolution of tickets • Handle increasingly complex customer requests • Create and update customer-facing help documentation • Share accounting knowledge and hands-on experience with colleagues • Represent the customer voice and use cases to the Product teams • Escalate issues to the Technical teams when necessary • Help accountants working in companies and accounting firms import their data into Pennylane to facilitate migration • Identify areas for improvement and lead projects that contribute to team efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting education or training (BTS CGO, DCG, BTS PME-PMI Management Assistant, Master’s degree in Accounting, Control and Audit, or Bachelor’s degree in Administrative and Accounting Management) • At least 3 years of experience in an accounting firm • Ideally, experience handling at least three tax seasons • Direct experience working with business owners is a plus • Strong interest in innovative work tools and new technologies • Self-reliance, with the ability to solve problems independently and find solutions • Knowledge of Pennylane is a plus • Professional proficiency in English • Strong written communication skills and the ability to explain concepts clearly and professionally to users • Ability to understand and respond to customer needs, deliver excellent service, and maintain positive customer relationships • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Flexibility to adapt to rapid changes in the product • Willingness to learn and stay up to date with product developments • Eligibility to work in France required; Pennylane does not currently sponsor visa applications
