📋 Description

• Act as a subject-matter and platform expert for customers using Pennylane for their accounting and financial management • Serve as the liaison between business owners, in-house accountants, and accounting firms • Understand and investigate user issues on a daily basis • Provide an answer or solution, or escalate issues to the technical teams when necessary • Help in-house and firm-based accountants import their data into Pennylane to facilitate migration • Complete ongoing training through Pennylane Academy on the product, company, and processes • Receive, qualify, and resolve accounting-related requests • Track tickets through to full resolution • Handle increasingly complex customer requests • Create and update help resources to promote customer self-service • Share accounting knowledge and hands-on experience with colleagues • Relay well-founded customer feedback to the Product teams and represent customer use cases • Identify areas for improvement and lead improvement projects

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting qualification: BTS CGO, DCG, BTS Assistant Manager for Small and Medium-Sized Businesses, Master’s degree in Accounting, Control and Auditing (CCA), or Bachelor’s degree in Administrative and Accounting Management • At least 3 years’ experience in an accounting firm, ideally including at least three year-end tax reporting periods • Direct experience working with a business owner is a plus • Interest in innovative work tools and new technologies • Self-motivated, with the ability to solve problems independently and find solutions • Familiarity with Pennylane is a plus • Professional proficiency in English • Strong written communication skills and an aptitude for teaching • Ability to understand and respond to customer needs while providing excellent service • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Flexibility to adapt to rapid changes in the platform • Eagerness to learn and stay up to date with product developments • Must not require visa sponsorship; the company cannot hire candidates from outside Europe
