📋 Description

• Act as a business and platform expert for clients using Pennylane as their accounting and financial management software • Serve as a liaison between business owners, in-house accountants, and accounting firms • Engage with users daily and understand their issues • Investigate requests and provide answers or solutions • Escalate issues to technical teams when necessary • Help in-house accountants and accounting firms import their data into Pennylane to facilitate migration • Receive and qualify accounting-related requests • Track requests through to the complete resolution of support tickets • Handle increasingly complex customer requests • Create and update customer support resources • Share accounting knowledge and hands-on experience with colleagues • Relay well-founded customer feedback to product teams • Identify areas for improvement and lead improvement projects

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting qualification: BTS CGO, DCG, BTS Assistant Manager for SMEs, Master’s degree in Accounting, Control and Auditing (CCA), or Bachelor’s degree in Administrative and Accounting Management • At least 3 years’ experience in an accounting firm, ideally including at least three tax seasons • Experience working directly with a business owner is a plus • Interest in innovative work tools and new technologies • Ability to work independently, solve problems on your own, and find solutions • Knowledge of Pennylane is a plus • Professional proficiency in English • Strong written communication skills and the ability to explain concepts clearly • Ability to understand and respond to customer needs and provide excellent service • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Flexibility in adapting to the tool’s rapid evolution • Eagerness to learn and stay up to date with product developments • Must have the right to work in France; Pennylane does not sponsor visas
