📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, business owners, in-house accountants, and accounting firms • Understand and investigate issues encountered by users • Provide answers or solutions and escalate issues to technical teams when necessary • Help in-house accountants and accounting firms import their data into Pennylane to facilitate migration • Continuously build knowledge of the product, the company, and its departments • Receive, qualify, and resolve accounting-related requests • Track tickets through to full resolution • Handle increasingly complex customer requests • Create and update customer help documentation • Share accounting knowledge and hands-on experience with colleagues • Relay well-founded customer feedback to the product teams • Identify areas for improvement and lead improvement projects

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting qualification: BTS CGO, DCG, BTS Assistant de gestion PME-PMI, Master’s degree in Accounting, Control and Audit (CCA), or Bachelor’s degree in Administrative and Accounting Management • At least 3 years of experience in an accounting firm, ideally including at least three tax reporting periods • Direct experience working with a business owner is a plus • Interest in innovative work tools and new technologies • Self-motivated, with the ability to solve problems independently and find solutions • Knowledge of Pennylane is a plus • Professional proficiency in English • Strong written communication and teaching skills • Ability to understand and respond to customer needs while maintaining strong relationships • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Flexibility in adapting to rapid changes to the tool • Eagerness to learn and stay up to date with product developments • Must be authorized to work in France; the company does not sponsor visas
