📋 Description

• Become the product and business expert for clients using Pennylane • Act as a liaison between business leaders, in-house accountants, and accounting firms • Understand and investigate issues encountered by users • Provide answers or solutions and escalate issues to the technical teams when necessary • Help accountants import their data into Pennylane to facilitate migration • Continuously build knowledge of the product, the company, and its departments • Receive, qualify, and resolve accounting-related requests • Track tickets through to complete resolution • Handle increasingly complex customer requests • Create and update customer support resources • Share accounting knowledge and hands-on experience with colleagues • Relay well-founded customer feedback to the product teams • Identify areas for improvement and lead improvement projects

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting qualification: BTS CGO, DCG, BTS Assistant de Gestion PME-PMI, Master’s degree in Accounting, Control and Audit (CCA), or Bachelor’s degree in Administrative and Accounting Management • At least 3 years of experience in an accounting firm, ideally including at least three tax-year-end periods • Direct experience working with a business owner is a plus • Interest in innovative tools and new technologies • Self-motivated, with the ability to solve problems independently • Professional proficiency in English • Strong written communication skills and the ability to explain concepts clearly to users • Ability to understand and respond to customer needs while providing excellent service • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Flexibility in adapting to rapid changes to the platform • Willingness to stay up to date with product developments • Must have the right to work in France; the company does not sponsor visas
