📋 Description

• Act as a subject-matter and platform expert for clients and their accountants • Serve as the liaison between client executives, in-house accountants, and accounting firms • Engage with users daily and understand the issues they encounter • Investigate requests and provide an answer or solution • Escalate issues to technical teams when necessary • Help in-house accountants and accounting firms import their data into Pennylane to facilitate migration • Continuously develop your knowledge of the product, the company, and its departments • Receive, qualify, and resolve accounting-related requests • Follow up on tickets through to complete resolution • Handle increasingly complex customer requests • Create and update help resources to promote customer self-service • Share accounting knowledge and hands-on experience with colleagues • Provide product teams with structured feedback on customer usage • Identify areas for improvement and lead improvement projects

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting qualification or degree (BTS CGO, DCG, BTS Assistant Manager for SMEs, Master’s degree in Accounting, Control and Auditing, or Bachelor’s degree in Administrative and Accounting Management) • At least 3 years’ experience in an accounting firm, ideally covering at least three tax seasons • Direct experience working with a business owner is a plus • Interest in innovative work tools and new technologies • Self-motivated, with the ability to solve problems independently and find solutions • Knowledge of Pennylane is a plus • Professional proficiency in English • Strong written communication and teaching skills • Ability to understand and respond to customer needs, provide excellent service, and maintain strong relationships • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Flexibility to adapt to the tool’s rapid development • Eagerness to learn and stay up to date with product developments • Right to work in France required; the employer does not currently sponsor visas
