📋 Description

• Act as a subject-matter and platform expert for customers and their accountants • Serve as the central point of contact between business owners, in-house accountants, and accounting firms • Understand user issues and investigate requests • Provide answers or solutions, or escalate issues to the technical teams • Help company accountants and accounting firms import their data into Pennylane to facilitate migration • Continuously develop knowledge of the product, the company, and its departments • Receive, qualify, and resolve accounting-related requests • Track tickets through to complete resolution • Handle increasingly complex customer requests • Create and update customer support materials • Share accounting knowledge and hands-on experience with colleagues • Share well-structured customer feedback with the Product teams • Identify areas for improvement and lead improvement projects

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting qualification (BTS CGO, DCG, BTS Assistant Manager for SMEs, Master’s degree in Accounting, Control, and Audit, or Bachelor’s degree in Administrative and Accounting Management) • At least 3 years’ experience in an accounting firm, ideally covering at least three tax seasons • Direct experience working with a business owner is a plus • Interest in innovative work tools and new technologies • Ability to work independently, solve problems autonomously, and find solutions • Knowledge of Pennylane is a plus • Professional proficiency in English • Excellent written communication skills and the ability to interact with users clearly and professionally • Ability to understand and respond to customer needs, provide excellent service, and build strong relationships • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Flexibility to adapt to rapid changes in the platform • Eagerness to learn and stay up to date with product developments • Right to work in France required; Pennylane does not currently sponsor visas
