📋 Description

• Act as a business and platform expert for clients using Pennylane for their accounting and financial management • Serve as a liaison between business leaders, in-house accountants, and accounting firms • Understand the issues users encounter on a daily basis • Investigate issues and provide an answer or solution, or escalate them to the technical teams when necessary • Help in-house accountants and accounting firms import their data into Pennylane to facilitate migration • Receive and qualify accounting-related requests • Track requests through to complete ticket resolution • Handle increasingly complex customer requests • Create and update customer help resources • Share accounting knowledge and hands-on experience with colleagues • Provide the Product teams with well-founded feedback reflecting customer needs and usage • Identify opportunities to improve the product and increase team efficiency • Lead projects that contribute to professional development

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting qualification or degree (BTS CGO, DCG, BTS Assistant Manager for SMEs, Master’s in Accounting, Control and Audit, or Bachelor’s degree in Administrative and Accounting Management) • At least 3 years of experience in an accounting firm, ideally including at least three busy seasons • Direct experience working with a business leader is a plus • Interest in innovative work tools and new technologies • Self-motivated, with the ability to solve problems independently and find solutions • Knowledge of Pennylane is a plus • Professional proficiency in English • Strong written communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with users • Ability to understand and respond to customer needs, provide excellent service, and maintain strong relationships • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Flexibility to adapt to rapid changes in the platform • Eagerness to learn and stay up to date with product developments • Eligible to work in France; Pennylane does not sponsor visa applications
