📋 Description

• Act as a business and platform expert for customers and their accountants • Serve as the liaison between business leaders, in-house accountants, and accounting firms • Contact users daily and understand their issues • Investigate issues and provide answers or solutions • Escalate issues to technical teams when necessary • Help in-house and accounting-firm accountants import their data into Pennylane to facilitate migration • Receive and qualify accounting-related requests • Track requests through to full ticket resolution • Create and update customer support resources • Share accounting knowledge and hands-on experience with colleagues • Pass structured customer feedback on to product teams • Identify opportunities to improve the product and increase team efficiency • Lead projects that support professional development • Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting qualification (BTS CGO, DCG, BTS Assistant Manager for SMEs, Master’s degree in Accounting, Control and Audit, or Bachelor’s degree in Administrative and Accounting Management) • At least 3 years of experience in an accounting firm, ideally covering at least three tax seasons • Previous experience working directly with a business owner is a plus • Interest in innovative work tools and new technologies • Self-motivated, with the ability to solve problems independently and find solutions • Knowledge of Pennylane is a plus • Professional proficiency in English • Strong written communication skills and the ability to explain concepts clearly • Ability to understand and respond to customer needs, provide excellent service, and maintain strong relationships • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Flexibility to adapt to rapid changes in the platform • Willingness to learn and stay up to date with product developments • Right to work in France; the employer does not sponsor visas
